In this study, Gauss-Kronrod quadrature numerical method was used in the determination of early radial pressure in a horizontal well. From the results it was obvious that productivity of the well increases with decrease in wellbore radius for a horizontal well. From this study it now possible to know the early radial pressure at any desire time of a horizontal well in the reservoir where the effect of the finite wellbore radius is insignificant. This study also tells us that the reliability of the quadrature methods depend on the nth terms used.
