A 55 yr old female was admitted as a case of MRI documented Pituitary Macroadenoma for trans-sphenoid surgery. Patient had past history of surgery on cervical spine for dural AV fistula. After the surgery patient developed CSF rhiorrhoea for which conservative management was attempted. On 4th POD patient developed weakness in both lower limbs with headache and irritability.JMS 2016; 19(1):36
