A 18 year old male student was admitted to this hospital with painful oro-genital ulcers of mouth and severe odynophagia. He was in his usual state of health until approximately 25 days before admission when he developed diffuse ulceration of mouth with difficulty in swallowing and bleeding. He also noticed a painful non pruritic lesion on glans penis. He denied any constitutional symptoms. 20 days back he was admitted to another hospital. JMS 2014;17(1):27-35
