Scar Metastasis (Oncotaxis) is not infrequent. The following image is of a young patient with adenocarcinoma stomach who developed scar metastasis. He was treated with both chemotherapy and local radiotherapy without significant regression of the lesions. J Med Sci 2010;13(1):33
