All over the world anti-microbial based triple therapy is the standard treatment but eradication rates have declined to the extent that alternative or salvage therapies using levofloxicin and rifabutin have gained importance. Seqential therapy is a newly described regimen that has been in many studies shows to be superior to triple therapy. J Med Sci.2009;12(1):1-2
