Rehabilitation of edentulous arches by obtaining support from any healthy remaining teeth can be considered to enhance the retention and stability of the prosthesis. Overdentures may be tooth or implant supported. When compared with implants, tooth supported dentures provide periodontal sensory feedback, nonsurgical procedures and reduced costs. Overdenture attachments give superior retention, adequate denture thickness and space for teeth arrangement in comparison with metal copings. This case report shows a new easy method of fabricating tooth retained overdenture attachments for enhancing retention and patient satisfaction Key words: Overdenture, castable pivots, ball attachment, metal housing.
