Covid-19 cases are increasing day by day. There is still a lack of information regarding health, especially for the prevention of Covid-19. Health education is a step to increase knowledge, especially for school children. Children are a vulnerable group and tend to behave at risk of experiencing health problems, it is known that many children still do not know how to prevent Covid-19. The purpose of the activity is to increase knowledge of Covid-19 prevention through 5M videos at the Bintang Terampil Orphanage. The method used is conducting lectures on the lecture method with the help of power points, through educational and practical videos, as well as discussions about preventing Covid-19. The results of education increased knowledge based on the pre-test and post-test, the level of knowledge of children increased from before and after being given education, namely from 30 children in the orphanage with an average score of 88.73 before and after 99.07. The conclusion of the activity was that there was an increase in the knowledge of orphanage children, about Covid-19 prevention and enthusiasm in following the explanation given. It is hoped that children know, are willing and able to apply the right health protocol. ABSTRAK Kasus Covid-19 semakin hari meningkat. Masih kurangnya informasi mengenai kesehatan terutama untuk pencegahan Covid-19. Pendidikan kesehatan menjadi langkah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, terutama pada anak-anak sekolah. Anak-anak merupakan kelompok rentan dan kecenderungan berperilaku berisiko mengalami permasalahan kesehatan, diketahui bahwa anak-anak masih banyak belum mengetahui pencegahan Covid-19. Tujuan kegiatan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan pencegahan Covid-19 melalui video 5M di Panti Asuhan Bintang Terampil. Metode yang digunakan adalah melakukan penyuluhan metode ceramah dengan bantuan PowerPoint, melalui video edukasi dan praktik, serta diskusi tentang pencegahan Covid-19. Hasil edukasi meningkatnya pengetahuan berdasarkan pre-test dan post-test tingkat pengetahuan anak meningkat dari sebelum dan setelah diberikan edukasi yaitu dari 30 anak yang ada di Panti dengan nilai skor rata-rata sebelum 88.73 dan setelah sebesar 99,07. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan anak panti, tentang pencegahan Covid-19 dan antusias dalam mengikuti penjelasan yang diberikan. Diharapkan anak-anak tahu, mau dan mampu menerapkan protokol kesehatan yang tepat.
