The article discusses the possibility of using a unified digital information platform containing information about real estate in 3D format from a legal point of view within the framework of the integrated development of municipalities. The concept of a 3D parcel was further developed: it is proposed to introduce new concepts such as a valid 3D parcel, a potential 3D parcel, and a preferential 3D parcel. In addition, the possibility of managing the development of built-up urban areas within the framework of the renovation of dilapidated housing through integrated development of the territory taking into account the growth of the urban population is being considered.
