The construction object should always be examined in a forensic examination in conjunction with a land plot or other objects of land relations on which it is located. The lack of analysis of information about the land plot in the construction and technical expertise can lead to both time, it is important to take into account both the condition of the land plot and its legal status. This article comprehensively examines the types of construction expertise by groups and the need to analyze the status of a land plot in them.
