The definition of sustainable agricultural land use should be comprehensive and defined by a system of indicators. The optimal choice of the economic efficiency indicator is a necessary condition for making an optimal decision in the field of agricultural land use economics. In this study, the authors considered the factors that influence the development of the economy of agricultural land use, the dynamics of the number of harvested crops from the fields and the yield of agricultural crops in the area. According to the results of the study, the relevant conclusions and proposals were presented.
