The article deals with the legal support of the procedure for conducting cadastral works in the Russian Federation. The analysis of features of various results of cadastral works is given, in particular, novelties in the legal regulation of capital construction objects are considered. The main errors of cadastral engineers when performing cadastral works are identified, and measures to prevent them are proposed.
