The article discusses the issues of artificial intelligence for the development of chat-bots, such as Deep Blue, MYCIN, 20Q, Watson. A platform is proposed for developing an intelligent chat-bot and introducing it into the admissions committee of SSUGT. A constructive dialogue has been set up and a test version of the chat bot was developed. A chat-bot chat service and a conversation workspace were developed. A number of issues that are most interesting for applicants are identified, and chains of answers are drawn up. Chat-bot features such as “intentions”, “essence” and “dialogue” have been created.
