The development of the global biotechnology market today is an extremely important aspect in the framework of the development of the concept of public health and the search for ways to protect humanity from the threats of various infections. The relevance of the fight against coronavirus infection Covid19 in 2020. and the creation of a whole series of diagnostic and treatment technologies is caused by serious human losses, processes of universal forced isolation and, as a result, a slowdown in global economic growth. Health care in Russia today is characterized by a number of problems, the consequences of which can very seriously affect the state of the country's human capital and its quality. On the one hand, these are processes associated with a reduction in state financing of the healthcare system in the country and a decrease in the availability and quality of the provision of medical services. On the other hand, these are institutional restrictions in the form of laws on public procurement and existing norms restricting the supply of foreign drugs and equipment.
