The features of the disaster taken place on the Bureya River in 2018 and environmental disaster which swept North-Eastern Russia in 2019 are considered. Using new model representations, previously obtained results and known actual data, it is proved that both events are the consequence of the Earth explosive degassing with the participation of endogenous ring structures.
