The technology for fabrication of the strip thin-film structures in a free state for their subsequent using as the tunable diffractive optical elements is proposed. The stages of the developed technology for obtaining optical elements are described. It is experimentally confirmed that the obtained strip thin-film structures can be used as diffractive optical elements.
