The article presents the results of the analysis of advanced foreign experience in the creation and implementation of 3D real estate cadastres. The structure of such systems, basic concepts and directions of their development are considered. Based on the results obtained, an assessment was made of the possibility of using various foreign technological solutions in the unified state register of real estate.
