The article deals with the current theoretical and practical issues of seizure of land for state and municipal needs on the example of land intended for the construction of the fourth bridge across the Ob river in Novosibirsk. At the same time, the procedure for the seizure of land plots, including the procedure for making a decision, concluding agreements, and paying material compensation, is disclosed.
