The paper presents some results of cadastral works in respect of land plots, which were carried out within the framework of the land surveying project of the territory intended for the placement of the fourth bridge across the Ob river in the city of Novosibirsk. At the same time, the normative legal documents that served as a justification for the work performed, the methods of formation of land plots, the geodetic basis for cadastral works are considered and the accuracy characteristics for the characteristic points of the boundaries of the formed land plots are given.
