The article discusses the possibility of using the mechanism of public-private partnership in combination with financial structuring tools for rational management of natural resources and their effecient use. Based on the legal acts regulating monetary relations in the system of financing of environmental measures, their classification is proposed, which allows assessing the potential investors ' opportunities in making of management decisions
