The information about using maps of Tomsk`s district at the end of 19th, beginning 20th centuriesas topographical base for creating graphical models of settlements is introduced. Periodical technology of choosing maps, creating and determinaitingthem on the topographical base of settlemental areas are shown. The elements of map graphic models of Elgayskayavolost in dynamics of country settlemental areas are presented.
