The article discusses legislative changes regarding new public easements, in particular public easements in relation to public lands and public easements for certain purposes. Their differences from public easements that existed earlier in accordance with the classical theory of limited property rights are discussed. The jurisprudence is analyzed in the framework of attracting forensic experts in cases of establishing public easements. Cases of attracting experts in litigation for land surveying are identified.
