In this paper we consider the problems associated with the effect of low accuracy of the analytic continuation of the field that arises with applying an algorithm, which based on S-approximation at significantly limited measurement areas in inversion problems of the DEXP method (depth from extreme points). We demonstrate a reasonability of using measurements on different heights to reduce the present effect on the inversion.
