The objective: to focus the attention of dermatovenerologists on the provoking factors of the development of benign cutaneous lymphocytoma, in particular of infectious genesis, to recall the features of diagnosis, to familiarize with a recent case of dermatosis. Materials and methods. A 54-year-old man was under observation, who was treated at the place of residence for a long time. The object of the study was the diagnosis of benign cutaneous lymphocytoma. Results. The diagnosis was established with the help of an examination for the presence of infectious provoking factors of dermatosis and a comprehensive assessment of the studies conducted. Given that benign cutaneous lymphoplasia is most common among cutaneous pseudolymphomas, dermatosis requires careful attention to diagnosis, in particular, the identification of provoking factors. Conclusions. The diagnosis of benign cutaneous lymphoplasia is based on a comprehensive assessment of anamnestic data, clinical signs, mandatory histological, immunohistochemical and enzyme immunoassay.
