The world has been changing rapidly, which requires companies to be more efficient in the sphere of Human Resources and Knowledge management. It justifies the accomplishment of this work, the condition in which corporate management, when divided into: People Management, Competence Management, Intellectual Capital Management and Talent Management, starts to request new models from and to the market competitive in their processes. Therefore, as a central objective of the study, it is proposed to project a beam of light on the complex reality of companies in this new context, making the links and situations of relevance and appreciation of human capital through knowledge transparent. In parallel, the present work will deal with the intensive management of knowledge in organizational processes. As a result of this approach, it was possible to note that in the past management procedures were based only on industry standards. In addition, we have seen that the so-called Knowledge Intensive Organizations (OIC) have become companies that use intangible assets, such as Knowledge, for the manufacture and sale of goods and services. Methodologically, a bibliographic search was made in books, articles, websites and other productions available in the literature relevant to the topic. It should be noted that the main authors used were Chiavenato, Robbins, Marras and Rezende.
