Ibn Khaldun is an Islamic thinker who is able to build the concept of political philosophy based on objective conditions that occur in the dynamics of life. Ibn Khaldun's thoughts start from sociological analyzes that influence changes in society, especially the political world.This research is based on descriptive research methodology by using library materials in presenting the research. The results of this study indicate that Ibn Khaldun's political philosophy is based on asabiyyah or mutual solidarity based on badawah and hadarah.
