Preliminary observations made by the author show that there is a professional level of the Palu Model Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MIN) teacher in terms of learning that occurs in class, it appears that a good learning atmosphere.This type of research used in this research is to use descriptive qualitative methods. The data presented using primary data and secondary data. The data collection techniques of this research are observation, interview and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study consists of three types, namely data reduction, data display and data verification. The validity of the data required a triangulation examination technique. triangulation by source, triangulation by method.Based on the results of the study, it was found that: The application of the Code of Conduct for Teachers in Improving Teacher Professionalism in the Palu Model State Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, namely the application of the code of ethics for teachers in teacher learning creates the best possible school atmosphere that supports the success of the learning process. Teacher's code of ethics in community life, teachers become figures and role models in society for the professions they carry. and the application of a code of ethics in the madrasa environment, the professional attitude of teachers to the workplace as well as by creating harmonious relationships with peers. Implications of implementing the code of ethics for teachers at the Palu Model State Islamic Senior High School. The code of ethics will encourage teachers to seriously prioritize professionalism and quality in carrying out their duties and responsibilities as educators in schools. In addition, it will encourage teacher independence in schools and wherever they are. The code of ethics will certainly add insight to teachers about what is appropriate and what should not be done, which is against the rules. The teacher knows that all his actions at school have rules of the game.
