Currently, there are no effective conceptual approaches to the formation of a system of models for implementing a strategy for the efficient use of energy resources at an industrial enterprise. In this regard, the need for such an approach is relevant for the implementation of the strategy for the efficient use of energy resources at enterprises of the Kyrgyzstan, since this approach allows obtaining high efficiency of energy policy management at the level of an industrial enterprise.
