This article examines the formation and development of an innovative management system in the construction sector, which is considered one of the priority sectors of the republic’s economy in the context of further deepening of economic globalization and market reforms. It is necessary to conduct research in the field of restructuring existing business structures, creating managerial technological business processes. The factor determining the modern conditions of a market economy is not only the availability and price of an enterprise, but also the price of the corresponding innovative business processes.
