The authors analyze the democratic achievements of the Kyrgyz Republic as a sovereign state, propose amendments to the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic against the background of the next constitutional reform, based on the European principles of building the state and law: the rule of law, proportionality, proportionality, justice.
