This article examines the new world order that humanity faced with the collapse of the bipolar security system. The new paradigms of the world order have contributed to Kyrgyzstan to conduct an independent, domestic and foreign policy that meets national interests. With new vectors of politics, society found itself under the influence of new contents of the information industry, which carried threats and challenges to the foundations of statehood. In order to eliminate the indicated contents of threats and challenges, a number of fundamental documents were developed and adopted, which are aimed at ensuring security with all its components.
