The present study was intended to findthe role of green chemistry in daily lifeapplication for developing environmentalawareness among secondary school students. Byconducting the study, the investigator found thatthere was an average awareness of the concept ofgreen chemistry for secondary school studentsthat is, 80% of the secondary school students hasan average level of awareness on the concept ofgreen chemistry and 64 % of the students haveaverage level of awareness about the daily lifeapplication of green chemistry. The findings haverevealed that secondary school students areinterested to incorporate green chemistry as partof their curriculum.
