In the context of current scenario of eglobalization and free market economy, small scalebusinesses inhabit an essential place for employment,productivity and distribution of income. However, suchbusinesses find themselves in an intensely competitiveenvironment, absence of infrastructures, market analysisand financial difficulties. This paper identifies suchproblems of small-scale enterprises and provide answersfor upgrading and modernizing their technologiesthrough a platform. The platform will remove a widerange of barriers for acceptance of improvedtechnologies. The platform is equipped with strong andfeasible techniques for business analysis and growth. Inour paper we are likewise exploring other aspects ofstrategy development like human resource, vendordevelopment, association culture, investment etc.
