The present automatic transmission isfully mechanically controlled and costs very high.In this study, a gear shifting mechanism wasdesigned and applied on a featured bike to makethe gear transmission process faster and lessdestructible for the driver using internet. But thegear transmission mechanism designed makesdriving easier and to achieve efficient driving.This new device must be reliable, has smalldimensions, economical and low maintenancecost. This project aims to improve the gearshifting process with a suitable controlmechanism to implement in clutch featuredbikes. According to the suggested gear shiftingmethod, which selects the transmission gear asper the speed of the vehicle without direct humaninterference. A pneumatic shifter is a mechanicaldevice that uses compressed air to shift a gearcontrols the engaging and disengaging of gearsusing internet of things principle to controlautomatically. There is no lag time in a gearshifting operation and taking hold in the rest ofthe vehicles.
