Nowadays, the number of buildings isconstructed and designed according to the requirementsand aesthetic viewpoints of the buildings every day. Mostbuildings are constructed in a certain spatialconfiguration, such as X-shaped, V-shaped, and the x andy coordinates are not parallel to the structure. Theearthquake caused more damage to the differentstructures of the building. The main problem is theslenderness ratio. The main purpose of this project is tocompare the dynamic characteristics of buildings withdifferent structural configurations in seismic zones and soiltypes. In this study, a 12-story space configurationstructure was considered, and the height of 3m on eachfloor did not exceed 36m, with shear walls and supports atdifferent positions of the building. The dynamic behaviourof buildings in all seismic zones of magnitude III and ondifferent types of soil (such as media) is studied. Thestructure has peripheral beams that carry RC shear wallswith a thickness of 230 mm. The response spectrumanalysis was carried out by using software of ETABSversion.
