Eucalyptus plant belongs to myrtaceaefamily, it commonly known as eucalyptus. In line withworldwide, it’s worldwide cultivated plant. Eucalyptusplant parts has various and different bioactivities. Themain chemical components of eucalyptus plant is 1, 8cineole. It has very strong medicinal properties. Andother major chemical components are limonene, ?pinene, P-Cymene, Terpine-1-ol, Globulol. Eucalyptusessential oil has strong bioactivities like antifungal,antibacterial, antioxidant, and antimycotoxigenicactivities. Eucalyptus essential oil also has preservativeproperties. A review provides an overview of thecurrent literature on eucalyptus essential oils mainlyantifungal, antimycotoxigenic activity and their uses.
