Concurrent development model which is alsoreferred to as concurrent engineering, is an approach todesign and develop products where different stages areexecuted simultaneously. The product development timeand the time to market are decreased, leading to improvedproductivity and reduced costs. In this paper, we willdiscuss about the process involved in the development, themodel of organization of the development process, andfurther we will focus on various attributes and elements ofconcurrent process development and we will also discoverhow it finds its application in today’s world.
