This paper, seek to assess factors that arehindering diffusion of process innovation under theZimbabwean dairy industry. The paper utilized 400 smallmedium scale dairy farmers in Zimbabwe who areregistered under Zimbabwe Association of Dairy Farmers(ZADF). The rationale behind the research issue is thatZimbabwean dairy sector has failed to adopt processinnovations such as e-marketing and e-extension. The paperadopted a binomial logistic regression model and majorityof the dairy farmers in Zimbabwe have not acquired anyform of education and based on such evidence, level ofeducation has affected the level of adoption of processinnovations such as e-marketing and e-extension. Theresearch recommends the dairy sector to introduce nonformal courses and trainings on change management andinnovations prior to introduction of new processinnovations.
