We are proposing a novel model forClassify the given genetic variations/mutations basedon evidence from text-based clinical literature. Ourmodel helps Molecular pathologists to classify thecancer tumor variations into 9 classes. As beforemolecular pathologists have to manually study all thevariations which took a lot of time and effort. Tosolve this problem we are making a machine learningmodel and training it on more than 4k data pointswhich is provided by the cancer organization ofAmerica for research and development purposes andachieve 97% accuracy by applying the optimalmachine learning algorithm.
