This paper depicts the utilization ofmicroteaching session for the analysis of attitude andperception of teachers towards microteaching toenhance their core competencies in teaching skill. Thesession was conducted for three days at one of the dayschools in Indore, The Delhi Public ElementarySchool. The qualitative and quantitative methods wereused and the presentation session was conducted forthe teachers to analyse the skills of group of 30teachers. The finding of the study reflects that there isa drastic build in confidence, attitude and perceptionof the teacher before and after the micro teachingsession was conducted. A questionnaire and aninterview session was also conducted at the end ofevery presentation and the finding shows that teachersbelieved that this session gives a chance to understandtheir weakness and strength related to theirprofessional teaching. The results also reflect that theteachers were able to establish the skills of: planning,demonstration, explaining learning outcomes,assessment and management of student’s behaviours.At the end of the session teachers also agreed tocommon conclusion that the microteaching sessionmust be the part of the routine process of every school,which not helped them to build confidence andimprove their skill but it also helped to share theteaching methodology among each other.
