
PERAN TANGGUNG JAWAB NAKHODA DAN SYAHBANDAR TERHADAP KESELAMATAN PELAYARAN MELALUI PEMANFAATAN SARANA BANTU NAVIGASI DI PELABUHAN TANJUNG EMAS SEMARANG

This research was conducted at the Port of Tanjung Emas Semarang. it is also as the sample. Data collection is done through Observation, Library Studies, Interviews, Documentation and Questionnaires. The analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression with the help of the SPSS program. The results of multiple linear regression showed that the Master Responsibility variable (X1) has a t count of 2.794 and t table of 1.98498 then, H, is rejected and Ha is accepted. The variable role of Port Authority (X2) has a t count of 3.682 and t table of 1.98498. So, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The Navigation Aids (X3) has a t count of 4.335 and t table of 1.98498, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.Thus the results of the study indicate that the skipper's responsibility variable, Port Authority’s role, the use of navigation aids have a positive and significant effect on shipping safety at the Tanjung Emas Port of Semarang.Keywords: Safety of Shipping, Helmsman, Navigation Aid FacilityPenelitian ini dilakukan pada Pelabuhan Tanjung Emas Semarang sebagai sampel. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui metode Observasi, Studi Pustaka, Wawancara, Dokumentasi dan Kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linier Berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil regresi linier berganda menunjukkn bahwa variabel Tanggung Jawab Nakhoda (X1) mempunyai t hitung sebesar 2,794 dan t tabel sebesar 1,98498 maka, H, ditolak dan Ha diterima. Variabel Peran Syahbandar (X2) mempunyai thitung sebesar 3,682 dan ttabel sebesar 1,98498 maka, Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Variabel Sarana Bantu Navigasi (X3) mempunyai thitung sebesar 4,335 dan ttabel sebesar 1,98498 maka, Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dengan demikian hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Tanggung Jawab Nakhoda, Peran Syahbandar, Pemanfaatan Sarana Bantu Navigasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keselamatan Pelayaran pada Pelabuhan Tanjung Emas Semarang.
