Executive functions yavlyayuyut a complex cognitive domain, which affects and depends on the behavior, emotional state, motor and other cognitive impairment patients, especially in patients with brain disasters. Executive dysfunction can compromise the patient's functional status, due to interaction with depression, emotional instability, motor disorders and movement disorders, leading to deterioration of quality of life. The aim was to analyze the interference factor in the analysis of neuropsychological characteristics of patients with recurrent ischemic stroke to optimize re-diagnosis of acute cerebral ischemia. During the study it was found that the dynamics of the functional state of patients depends on a high degree of interference in the performance of Stroop test, due to the difficulty in differentiation, switching attention and adaptation associated with increased anxiety.
