Were analyzed risk factors (RF) in patients with multiple sclerosis (MS) in the aspect of comorbidity. It was systematized and analyzed anamnestic RF and the development of MS. It is shown that multifactorial pathological effects is most important as a factor of development of the disease, exacerbation and progression in MS. Along with such traditional RF of MS, as a viral infection, psycho-emotional stress, and childbirth, the development of disease exacerbation and progression in MS also have an important role such RF as sleep disturbances, exacerbation of visceral disease and exacerbation of pain.
