Comorbidity creates a new clinical situation which requires a consideration of characteristics during the appointment of examinations and treatment. The treatment that effective in one disease may lead to a significant deterioration accompanying pathology or vice versa, is very good for both diseases. Nearly one quarter of the adult population of Ukraine has at least one chronic disease or condition, and about 7% - 3 or more. Research of features diagnosis and treatment of comorbidity have been few. That is why the presence of comorbid diseases is practically important and little-known area of medicine.
