The results of the analysis of the effectiveness of the drug cytoflavin having cytoprotective, and anti-hypoxic metabolic action. It is proved that the timely use of the drug in developing cytoflavin dіsmetabolic encephalopathy in patients with type 2 diabetes (compared to conventional therapy), metabolic correction contributed to the development of chronic brain ischemia, given the significant (p <0.01) hypoglycemic effect.
