To date, accumulated a large amount of published data that describe in detail the various manifestations of vascular comorbidity and their role in the development of stroke. The presence of comorbidity worsens the prognosis of recurrent ischemic stroke has a significant impact on its diagnosis and treatment and leads to reduced effectiveness of rehabilitation, followed by disability patient. The aim was to assess the dynamics of neurological status in patients with stroke against the background of cardiovascular comorbidity during the hospital stay. During the study found that cardiovascular comorbidity adversely affect the dynamics of the functional status of patients with recurrent ischemic stroke, significantly alters the course of stroke and significantly affect its diagnosis and treatment.
