In the article, on the basis of analysis of organization studies process principles at higher school, the advisability of andragogocal principles and principle of the differentiated approach used for providing the process of teachers’ informative competence development in general educational establishment during in-service teachers’ training in the system of post graduate pedagogical education is grounded.
