The article is devoted to the problems of professional preparation of informatics teacher at higher pedagogical educational establishment. The necessary content of teaching the modern ICT hardware and system software and improvement of the future informatics teachers study system are determined, it is shown that introduction of the developed methodical department teaching system components substantially improves the preparation of students to the future professional activity.
