Information and communication technologies, techniques and tools of information and communication networks in conjunction with teacher training technologies contribute to the formation and development of open information-educational environment of students learning, creating new solutions that may affect the basic processes in the educational system: the transfer and assimilation of knowledge and skills , fixation of achievements, assessing the quality of training, the establishment of motivation and self-knowledge. The paper studies the problem of assessing the results of the educational process in an open information-educational environment of students' learning, fixing and measurement of which may be within a particular taxonomic model.
