The scientific principles of selection of the content of educational material as well as the structure of the content of course «Cloud informational and analytical technologies in the research process» in the context of credit-module system were considered. There were determined the numbers of ECTS credits appropriated for the special course and students’ assessment. The modular structure of the course "Cloud informational and analytical technologies in the research process" covers 1 ECTS credit, designed for 36 hours: 9 leсtures, 9 practicals and seminars, 12 hours of self-study, 6 hours of individual work. The program of the special course includes two content modules such as "International Scientometric Databases" and "Bibliometric of Ukrainian Science." Each topic of the content modules of special course includes the evaluation test. Besides the final certification test should be drawn up. The final certification test includes two content modules and the assessment of individual task (project). Primarily the program of the special course is focused on postgraduate students who obtain Ph.D. in the field of pedagogical sciences, specialty 13.00.10 and can be used as the part-time (distance) form and a full-time distance learning.
