In the paper on the bases of system-structural approach the theoretical and methodological problems of information educational space formation in Ukraine and the peculiarities of its influence on decomposition of education system are considered, the approaches of the studies of information and communication environment influence on the formation of the system of aims, the ways of activity and personal qualities of information resource user are determined.
